January Update
Where do I even begin for January - what a month!
New 5k PB.
New 10K PB.
Furthest Run in 1 month.
January.
Unfortunately this post is late going up (sorry) as I have been struck with the flu which has ruined my fitness plans. This month from my training I have learnt that mindful running works very very well for me. I've ran further and faster than before. My biggest issue has been the move back to Canterbury. Canterbury is full of gross hills, meaning evil elevation that likes to taunts my calves and me. Back at home I was running daily and since returning to Canterbury, I've run about once a week. Rather disappointing. Time is also an issue - I need to be more organised and plan my runs. At home, I would just go run but at university I have so many commitments.

- Tink 5K (✓)
- Race to the Future 10K (✓)
- New Year's Day 5K (✓)
- New Year New Unicorn 10K (minimum in Jan) (✓)
